If you have a strong background in water damage restoration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Supervise mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Lead a crew of mitigation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
Conduct walk-thru s with project manager and customers to assess details of water damage situations and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to establish project objectives, timelines, and expectations.
Provide mitigation/restoration services as needed:

Deodorization, Equipment, Water extraction services, board-ups and collect necessary authorizations.
Perform disaster restoration services in accordance with IICRC guidelines.
Monitor project progress, identify any challenges or issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation, including project records, job site reports, and financial information.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
IICRC Certifications / WRT / ASD / AMRT are highly preferred.
Proven experience as a supervisor in water mitigation and restoration projects.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead personnel.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in Xactimate Estimating software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as required.
Chauffer s license preferred.
Must pass a background check and drug screening test.
