Including the owners we currently have eighteen people on our tight-knit team with an uptempo yet family-like work environment where the workdays fly by.
We're in the process of scaling our business by branching out to additional sales & advertising platforms.
We are also in the process of having a 6,700 sq.

addition built to accommodate the growth and provide an improved atmosphere with lots of natural light.
Hours of Work:

Monday through Friday with up to an hour lunch break.
Additional hours available on occasion for overtime pay.
Position Breakdown:
We're looking for someone whose up-tempo and works with urgency to fill this productivity-based position.
Our inventory intake specialists manage incoming wholesale orders, sort & sticker inventory, and create our product listings.
The intake stations are standing desks with stools to sit on and anti-fatigue cushioned mats for standing.
Main Duties:
Helping maintain an atmosphere of urgency & professionalism in the intake department.
Sorting & stickering incoming inventory by SKU, variants, & sizes.
Creating product listings for our online catalog from our templates & intake guide.
Trying on new styles & providing fit/feel/stretch recommendations.
Taking pictures of inventory on people or in flat-lays.
Potentially being photographed in products.
Carrying and moving boxes of inventory.
Breaking down boxes & taking trash to the dumpster.
Organizing, tidying, & cleaning the work area.
Occasionally helping the fulfillment department or putting away samples from Live sales.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must have good attention to detail.
Must be able to deliver top-notch customer service.
Must be able to utilize good grammar & punctuation in your work.
Must have good organizational skills.
Must have a good grasp of operating computers including Google, Gmail, Microsoft Word, & other basic publications.
A minimum of accurately typing 45 WPM is required.
(You will be tested.
) Must be able to pass a physical stating you can work without restrictions with the expectation of being on your feet for long periods at a time and picking up & carrying up to 50 lb boxes of inventory.
Must be a good multi-tasker.
Must be a self-starter who looks for something to do when they finish a project.
Must exhibit good team working skills and a positive attitude.
No cigarette smokers, we cannot have the smell of cigarettes around our inventory.
There will be a 30-day probationary period if hired.
