Hours of Work:

Monday through Friday with up to an hour lunch break.
Additional hours available on occasion for overtime pay.
Breakdown:
We're looking for someone who is available for full-time hours and is up-tempo & works with urgency as this is a productivity based position rewarded with a tiered bonus system.
Our fulfillment specialists pull orders from our warehouse using bins and a rolling cart then return to their desk to verify & package the orders.
The shipping stations are standing desks with stools to sit on and anti-fatigue cushioned mats for standing.
Main Duties:
Pulling customer orders from the warehouse.
Helping maintain an atmosphere of urgency & professionalism in the fulfillment department.
Scanning packing slips & products to verify accuracy and neatly packaging orders.
Occasionally carrying and moving boxes of inventory.
Organizing, tidying, & cleaning the work area.
Breaking down boxes & taking trash to the dumpster.
Occasionally helping the intake department.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Must be able to stand on your feet & walk for long periods at a time.
Must be able to pick up & carry up to 50 lb boxes of inventory.
Must be a good multi-tasker.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must exhibit good team working skills and a positive attitude.
No cigarette smokers, we cannot have the smell of cigarettes around our inventory.
There will be a 30-day probationary period if hired.
