- Assist in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare facility.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and storytime.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime.
- Assist with diaper changes and bathroom breaks.
- Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to plan and implement daily schedules and routines.
- Maintain a clean and organized daycare environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in babysitting, childcare, preschool, or related field is preferred.
- Experience working with students or children with special needs is a plus.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Ability to manage behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and other staff members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
